Revolution. Change.
I heard this recently, does this statement hold any weight? I'm not sure, you people decide...
'For anything to have longevity, it must work within a structure.'
Structure aka the necessary evil, as some people deem it. I would have to agree with that. When the initiators of the change are no longer there, when the key players are no longer there, will everything fall apart? Isn't some form of planning or instruction needed to establish stability?
The word structure itself breeds disdain from people. We get the impression of something rigid and inflexible. However, sometimes for the long term, we definitely have to look into this necessary evil.
