The cool morning breeze feels nice. Maybe its just because the weekends are here. Well the sun isnt really out, but it's a nice day nevertheless.
Just wondering what some people said about paintball. 'You can REALLY feel the bullets flying past you!!!' What in the world is a bullet anyway? Like someone once told me... Its quite uncouth to say 'out of bullets'. Out of ammunition, out of pellets (in paintball) BULLETS? The word bullet really amuses me sometimes. I just think of trains...
Onto the discussion about egg chiffon. How does one cook egg chiffon? To have that fluffy egg, with that smooth consistency. Chinese people are really amazing... Well my theory or rather my brother's theory is that with a good wok and a good fire, anything is possible. Equipment plays an important part as ingredients. Wonder why your food at home never tastes as good as the ones in that dodgy chinese restaurant in chinatown? It's all about the equipment... and in some cases the dodginess (is there such a word?) haha
Arent we all our own greatest critique? Sometimes I really think that you're doing great! Take heart and be strong!
