Its interesting how wisdom is potrayed as a lady that we should all seek. Its as if the book of Proverbs was targetted at men, coz men being the ones with less wisdom... hahaha just kidding. Avoid the foolish woman, go after lady wisdom. haha
But the book of Proverbs is more than just gaining knowledge or being wise, its about getting to know what pleases the Father. What He likes/dislikes. After all, the main theme of the book is, 'The Fear of the Lord is the beginning of Knowledge. But fools despise wisdom and discipline'.
Humility vs Pride
Integrity vs Deceitfulness
Hardwork vs dishonest gain
Good heartedness vs Wickedness
Carefulness vs rashness
Encouragement vs slander
Peacemakes vs causers of strife
so much to learn from.... Lady Wisdom calls out to me... hahaa
